Shipping & Returns
Non Canadian Customers: We can ship pretty much anything on our website out of country with the exception of firearms, ammunition, primers, and certain items such as short rifle and shotgun barrels. We suggest you select Canada Post as the shipping method as UPS often charges brokerage fees for international orders.
Canceling Orders Once It Has Been Processed: Should you cancel an order after it has been switched to processing there will be a 3% fee to cover our credit card fees unless the refund is used as a store credit. If a shipping label has been created you will also be billed the shipping cost as well. If a transfer has been started for a restricted or prohibited firearm you can not cancel the order. Restricted/Prohibited purchases are final sales. No refunds will be given. If a law changes and the transfer is not able to be approved, please see the section below this one.
Order Cancelled Due to Prohibition/Law Change: If your order is cancelled, a transfer is not approved by your CFO or can not be fulfilled due to an item or firearm being prohibited or a change in the laws, payment will become a store credit to be used at a future date.
Returns: The sale of firearms, ammunition, powder, primers, firearms parts, holsters, next of skid items and optics are final. Returns of any other items are at the discretion of SFRC and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping Quote: For a shipping quote simply add the item to your shopping cart and then click on estimate shipping. Once you do this it will ask for your province and postal code and then give you the exact price that shipping will be. Should this not work for your area please drop us a message via the contact us forum.
Shipping Methods: We currently ship with Canada Post, Purolator and UPS. Remember that ammunition, primers and powder can not be shipped by Canada Post so you have to select UPS during checkout if your order contains these items. Due to our volumes we have large UPS discounts, discounts that we pass on to you.
Warehouse Locations: We currently operate three warehouses across Canada to help reduce shipping times for regional customers. Items that have "-OS" at the end of the product code, which stands for OFF SITE, are located in our regional warehouses. These items are not at our walk in retail store but we can ship them to our Harrowsmith location if a customer wants to see them or to pick up instore.
