- Manual Safety : The safety button is located at the front of the trigger guard and must be manually pressed to the desired position. The manual safety cannot be engaged unless the hammer is cocked.

- Cocked Striker Indicator : When the striker is cocked, a red band will be visible. This shows that the striker is cocked. This does not serve as a safety, you must visually and physically confirm the status of the rifle and whether it is loaded or not. When the rifle is fired the cocking indicator moves forward inside the bolt and the red band is no longer visible.
